We are very pleased to be able to present another service of our house to you. With our digital guest folder we would like to bring our "Black Forest House" closer to you. Here you will find all information for the preparation, on the way or during your stay in our house.

Brief summary of guest folders Check-in/Check-out: Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Children's discounts: children up to and including 5 years of age are free of charge, children up to and including 15 years of age have a 50% discount. We are happy to provide you with a cot for your baby. A children's playroom, games and a playground is on site. Half board: We offer half board for stays of three nights or more. A 3-course menu (3 main courses to choose from at lunchtime or in the evening) for €25.00 per person per day. Small portions are also possible for €21.00 per person per day. Full board: Lunch, 1 piece of cake in the afternoon on request and dinner for €35.00 per person per day Small portions are also possible here for €27.00 per person per day. The visitor's tax: guest card of the municipality of Bernau will be charged separately from 01.01.2023 Up to and including 5 years free, up to and including 13 years €1.10 per child and day and adults over 14 years €2.90 per person and day.Garage: We charge €5.00 per day for a garage. Dogs: Dogs are allowed, but not in all room categories. We charge €10.00 per dog and day. A dog basket or a dog blanket is a prerequisite. No more than two dogs are allowed in one room. For hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area, but you can bring them into the restaurant. Massage & beauty treatments: You are in the best hands if you want to relax and be pampered with a beauty treatment or massage treatment. Cancellation period: In writing up to 4 weeks before your arrival, your cancellation is free of charge, after that we charge 50% of the overnight price from four weeks before your arrival, 80% from 2 weeks before your arrival and 100% from one week before your arrival, if we reserve the room can no longer rent. As an alternative, we are happy to offer you a binding rebooking within the next 4 weeks from the day of cancellation. Payment: The room bill can be paid with an EC card or in cash. We also accept credit cards in our restaurant. Closing day in the "Schwarzwaldhaus" restaurant: The restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus is closed on Thursdays. However, we offer our house guests an evening menu in the evening. We ask for reservation during breakfast or at the reception.
